Bikram yoga rocks! I've always been a cardio junkie and said that yoga is too passive for me. However, I knew after my first class that there's something very special about Bikram yoga. I toned, stretched, sweated, panted and strengthened my way to a now stronger, calmer mind, body and soul. It's difficult and I often want to run out of the class screaming, however I stay and am better for it. Before with cardio exercise I always felt I was running away from being fat, staying just barely ahead. Now, one year after having a baby and two years after starting Bikram Yoga, I don't even feel like I have to try or watch what I eat and I'm fitter and thinner than I ever have been! ~L. Gordon
