Calling all intermediate students…time to take your practice to the next level with our new Intermediate class! We will be adding this class to the schedule in June, so here’s your chance to learn the series with some hands-on corrections, ask questions, and gain deeper knowledge of the series.

Beginning April 2nd, you will have the opportunity to strengthen, tone, stretch, and sweat in a hot new barre class! Three times each week.

Due to popular demand for a 90-minute option on Tuesdays & Thursdays we will be making the 9:30am class 90-minutes. Also, M/W 8:15pm classes and the Friday 6:30p class will be 50-minutes. Also, the Saturday 9:00am class will move to 9:30am(will remain a 90-minute class).

Our studio is conveniently located on Texas State Highway 6 in front of Sienna Plantation in the HEB shopping center. We are a short 15 minute or less drive from Sugar Land, Pearland, Alvin and easily accesible from other Houston area cities using the Fort Bend Toll Road.
